Jiangsu Songyan Machinery Co., Limited is located in jiangyin city of jiangsu province and mainly produce many kinds of gear rack with module from 0.5 to 36, such as standard rack, nonstandard rack, Spur Rack, Helical Rack, Cylindrical rack and so on. All gear racks are widely used in CNC machine tool, CNC cutting machine, CNC milling machine, port crane, hydraulic crane, constrution hoist, Printing machine, wood engraving machine and so on. The precision grade of racks that we could reah range from DIN5 to DIN10. The material of gear rack that we use is as follows: Cast steel, forged steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, brass, nylon, plastic etc. Our Test and detection equipment includes: Gear measurment machines( MM) , magnetic particle flaw detector, common normalmicrometer, micrometer, inside caliper, outside diameter micrometer, etc The surface treatment of gear rack that we could do are the zinc plated , the nickel plated , the plastic painted, the chrome plated, black of Oxidation, Carburizing and so on Since establed from 2007, songyan company has exported gear racks to many countries, such as American, european counrtries, asian countries and so on.
